More Market Day!

Market Day at Grant was a success! Fifth graders produce some amazing things. They planned, applied for a business license, created and produced their product, some even had demonstrations. The fourth graders came over and bought everything, lol! It was a ball hosting our soon to be fifth graders. Thank you to all involved!

This was left at Skate City tonight. I'm not sure what it is, but if it's yours, they will hold it for a week.

A group of hard working volunteers broke ground today on Ella's Memorial Garden. Skate Night will be on Monday May 19 at Skate City 6-8. All proceeds go toward the garden.

We are so proud of our GOTR Team! This year, we had 30 girls (including one junior coach), and 11 coaches! Our volunteers consisted of Dist #110 staff, parents, and two police officers. Each year, the GOTR teams have an opportunity to complete one community service project. The girls wanted to make thank you cards and buy donuts for the Fairview Heights Police Department. They even bought tennis balls for our K-9 friend, Officer River! We couldn't have completed another successful year without all of the support from our Dist #110 family and the Fairview Heights community. We would like to say, "Thank You!" to the Fairview Heights Police Department and Chief Steven Johnson, Mayor Mark Kupsky, GOTR Coordinators: Cyndi Witt and Shelby Kuhl, our PTO, all of the amazing coaches, supportive parents, and dedicated students! See you next year! "Girls on the Run is SO Much Fun! #GOTR
